I wouldn't even give 1💫....Worst agency ever.....
If you are looking for professionalism, decent dealing, and value for your money, don’t go through this agency. I have never seen a worse travel agency like them in my whole life. The staffs are extremely unprofessional, careless, and don’t seem to know how to properly handle customers. Its waste of your mind and waste of your time. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and we highly regret choosing them. We would never recommend this agency to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I recently tried to switch from my Post-Study Work Visa to a Dependent Visa under my wife. Initially, I contacted an agency for assistance, but they told me I needed to meet their lawyer in person to create a fake story to impress the Home Office. On top of that, their service charge was quite high. Since I was not satisfied with their approach, I spoke to a friend who recommended Travel Hub. I then contacted Nidhun, who asked me for my details and requested scanned copies of my documents. Within just two hours, he completed all the forms and sent them to me for review. After cross-checking everything, I paid his service charge, which was 50% lower than what the previous agency quoted. Talking to Nidhun was also very pleasant, he was friendly and made the entire process stress-free. Six days after submitting my application, I received a message from the Home Office confirming that my application was successful and that I had received my e-visa. I am extremely happy with their service, and would prefer Travel Hub for any future assistance. I recommend Travel Hub to everyone.

Absolutely 5 stars for Immi Travel Hub, Nidhun & Roshny ✨
When we went ahead with applying for a UK visitor visa for my brother, Nidhun explained that we only had less than 50% chance of approval, albeit for a short visit.
I was very impressed with the honesty in setting realistic expectations (than acquiring the business for the sake of it).
When we got to the application process, Roshny was an absolute gem to work with. She was meticulous, with an incredible amount of patience in putting up with us until we got all the documents bullet proof. Roshny especially made sure that no gaps were left in the application.
Her responsiveness, professionalism & friendliness was elite and was super impressive all through the process.
Thankfully, my brother was granted the visa.
As I'm writing this review today, we are going to Old Trafford to make my brother's childhood dream of watching football at The Theatre of Dreams happen.
